Sleep disorders in Australia are remarkably common.  Approximately 1 in 3 Australian adults suffer from some form of sleep disordered breathing and approximately 1 in 6 adult Australians suffer from non-breathing related sleep disorders (such as insomnia, sleep walking, narcolepsy etc).
