2) Logistics & Delivery

We prepare and quality-check the diagnostic unit for each worker.
Insured delivery direct to the worker’s home (or another nominated address).
Clear, step-by-step instructions provided (video + written).

3) At-Home Setup (No Clinic Visit)

Workers set up the device in minutes before bedtime - no travel or overnight lab stay.
Our team is available for support if needed.

4) Data Collection & Return

The device records the worker’s sleep overnight.
The next day, the worker packs the unit in the pre-paid return packaging.
Insured return pickup/scan confirms the device is on its way back.

5) Clinical Analysis

SCS downloads and validates the data.
A sleep scientist and specialist Sleep & Respiratory Physician review the recording.
Findings are compiled into a clear report.

6) Reporting & Recommendations

You receive a report identifying the nature and severity of any sleep-disordered breathing.
Where appropriate, the worker’s GP can receive a copy to support ongoing care.

7) Billing & Program Oversight

Medicare-funded where eligible; otherwise, simple employer-sponsored invoicing.
