Costs & Funding

  • Medicare-funded for eligible referrals (we confirm eligibility during booking).
  • Employer-sponsored options available when Medicare does not apply.
  • A clinical preparation fee may apply to cover insured delivery/return, consumables, device configuration, data handling, and a plain-English results explanation with a sleep therapist.
  • At-home testing reduces travel and time away from work compared with overnight lab studies.

Medicare eligibility depends on referral criteria and clinical indications. We’ll advise the best pathway for each case.
